So just what do the manatees do with this?

The kale feeder is designed to float freely throughout the tank suspended just below the surface of the water. The manatees chase it and graze on the kale, much like bobbing for apples.

Materials:

1 3-foot length of 6-inch diameter PVC pipe (with holes drilled in it)

2 6-inch PVC end caps
