APARTMENTS

There are three private, fully furnished and comfortable apartments with well-equipped kitchens, dining/living room area, bedroom, and private bath. Each has a maximum occupancy of four, are located on the ground floor, and are only steps away from the boat dock and the kayak launch ramp.

Linens and towels are provided, and the kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, etc.  Phones are available in every room for unlimited local calls, and long distance calls can be made using a calling card or other pre-paid calling card.  Every room has high-speed internet access capabilities at no additional charge for visitors.  Upstairs are group facilities, accommodating groups of up to 15 people in a dormitory-style arrangement. Several connected bedrooms and 2½ baths allow for separation of co-ed groups, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Some basic computers are provided in the lab building for general use, web access, and email.  Easy access to our deep water canal and shallow hardbottom/grass flats near the wall make it an ideal location for a quick swim or snorkel.

A variety of kayaks are maintained on-site for use by visitors at no additional charge.  Both sit-inside and sit-on-top styles, in both singles and doubles, are available.  A convenient launching area only steps from the apartments makes launching easy.
